Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary technical contact for customers: translate business questions into data and modelling tasks
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify data quality issues, trends and modelling inputs
- Onboard customers: configure data pipelines, set up models and validate initial outputs
- Monitor pipelines and model runs; validate forecasts and recommendations before delivery
- Troubleshoot issues, document assumptions and communicate results clearly to stakeholders
- Automate repetitive delivery tasks and suggest improvements to scale operations
- Collaborate with product and engineering to improve Bayesian time-series models and integrate causal experimentation

Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in data science, analytics or a customer-facing modelling role
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with data pipelines, EDA and validation techniques
- Knowledge or interest in Bayesian time-series models, Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and causal methods
- Experience ensuring production-quality outputs and working with customers to deliver insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English; located in or willing to relocate to Helsinki/Espoo
- Comfortable using modern AI tools to accelerate work; pragmatic, customer-centric mindset
