Responsibilities:
- Analyze core banking processes, payment infrastructure, and customer behavior to identify risk signals.
- Build and validate predictive models of expected process and customer behavior.
- Implement broad, scalable monitoring using agentic coding and AI to detect deviations at scale.
- Investigate anomalies: form hypotheses, test them, and trace issues to root causes.
- Present clear, actionable findings to process owners and senior stakeholders and drive remediation.

Requirements:
- Primary working style: agentic-coding analytics (essential).
- Ability to read, verify, and sanity-check agent-generated SQL and Python code.
- Strong analytical judgment: turn ambiguous data into defensible conclusions and challenge outputs.
- Working knowledge of retail banking operations (cards, loans, payments, lending/collections).
- Familiarity with anomaly detection, regression, and basic time-series techniques to direct and validate models.
- Autonomous, end-to-end ownership of analytical areas.
- Optional: experience with BI/monitoring tools (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, Power BI, Streamlit) or cross-industry analytical experience.
