Responsibilities:
- Analyze multiple internal and external data sources to answer business questions and deliver actionable insights.
- Investigate data flows, dependencies, and limitations across complex systems; document findings and data lineage.
- Measure and analyze experiments (A/B tests, incrementality, creative tests) and produce clear recommendations.
- Partner with marketing, product, and engineering on tracking specs, measurement plans, and documentation.
- Design and implement AI-powered automations for insight generation, anomaly detection, and data validation.
- Maintain data pipelines and semantic layers; ensure metric definitions and transformation logic are clear and reproducible.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Python for analysis and automation; familiarity with BI tools.
- Practical experience with workflow automation and data pipeline maintenance (dbt, Airflow, or similar preferred).
- Experience operationalizing LLM workflows (prompting, evaluation, guardrails) and applying ML fundamentals for analytics.
- Strong ownership, proactive communication, and the ability to translate technical work into business impact.
- Bonus: experience with BigQuery/Snowflake, marketing/product analytics, mobile attribution, and predictive modeling.
