About the role
Responsibilities:
- Analyze multi-source data to answer business questions, detect patterns, and generate actionable insights for marketing and product teams.
- Research and document data flows, dependencies, and limitations across internal and external systems.
- Support experiment measurement and analysis (A/B tests, incrementality studies, creative tests) and produce clear recommendations.
- Design and implement AI-powered automations for insight generation, anomaly detection, and data validation using LLM tooling.
- Maintain data pipelines and semantic layers; ensure metric definitions and transformation logic are clean and well-documented.
- Partner closely with marketing, product, and engineering on tracking, measurement plans, and analytics requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a similar quantitative field.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Python, plus familiarity with BI tools and workflow automation.
- Practical experience operationalizing LLM workflows (prompting, evaluation, guardrails) for analytics use cases.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to take ownership and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Desirable: experience with BigQuery or Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, product/marketing analytics, and predictive modeling techniques.
