Senior DevOps Engineer (Fintech) at Big Stars

Responsibilities:
- Manage, configure and operate Kubernetes clusters in production, including upgrades, scaling and lifecycle tasks
- Author, improve and maintain Helm charts and GitOps workflows (ArgoCD/Flux)
- Build, maintain and optimise CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) and automated deployment processes with rollback strategies
- Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform/Terragrunt on AWS or GCP; optimise resources and costs
- Operate and ensure high availability for Redis/Valkey and Kafka environments; monitor and resolve incidents
- Collaborate with developers to improve reliability, performance and security; maintain runbooks and documentation

Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS (preferred) or GCP and cloud resource optimisation
- Production Kubernetes experience and familiarity with Istio
- Proven ability to write and maintain Helm charts and apply GitOps principles (ArgoCD/Flux)
- Experience with Terraform/Terragrunt and GitLab CI/CD
- Operational experience with Redis (HA) and Kafka
- Advanced English and strong collaboration skills
- Familiarity with PCI DSS and banking security standards is a plus
