Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain scalable, distributed backend services using Golang and a microservices architecture.
- Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform to support high-load production systems.
- Integrate third-party APIs and contribute to product features and reliability improvements.
- Write clean, testable and maintainable code; participate in code reviews and automated testing.
- Operate in a remote, cross-functional environment and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience, with at least 2 years working with Golang.
- Proven experience building scalable, distributed systems and high-load architectures.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, GCP and GitLab or similar CI/CD tooling.
- Strong engineering discipline: testing, observability, performance tuning and API design.
- Proactive, independent worker with strong English communication skills (B2 or higher).
