Responsibilities:
- Build and ship production-grade ML systems end-to-end: data ingestion, cleaning, modeling, deployment and monitoring.
- Use agentic AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor or equivalent) to accelerate development and deliver working systems quickly.
- Collaborate with engineering and product to translate quantitative insights into features and measurable business outcomes.
- Operate autonomously in a fast-changing, zero-to-one startup environment and iterate on priorities weekly.
- Ramp into the retail/supply-chain domain quickly and own deliverables with minimal supervision.

Requirements:
- 5–10+ years of technical experience with strong quantitative foundations (math, physics, statistics, CS or equivalent).
- Daily hands-on experience with agentic AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor or equivalent) — this is required.
- Proven track record shipping production ML or data products; comfortable with messy real-world data and pragmatic trade-offs.
- Early-stage startup experience (first hires) and a bias toward shipping and impact over polish.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin; ability to work hybrid and collaborate closely with the core team.
