Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end product features from ambiguous problem definition through to production and customer validation.
- Design and implement LLM pipelines and agentic workflows that power product capabilities.
- Build full-stack components: frontend UI (TypeScript/React), backend services, and data layers.
- Work directly with founders and customers to prioritize, prototype, and iterate until measurable value is achieved.
- Design simple, intuitive UX for complex workflows and incorporate user feedback into product decisions.
Requirements:
- Eligible to work in Germany or able to obtain a work visa (sponsorship available); role is fully on-site in Munich.
- Hands-on experience designing and running LLM pipelines and agentic workflows in production.
- Strong track record shipping SaaS features end to end and taking products from 0 to 1.
- Proficiency with TypeScript and React and comfort owning full-stack development.
- Strong communication skills and eagerness for direct customer engagement. Nice-to-have: experience with Vite, Supabase, Vercel, ClickHouse, and martech/SEO/GEO tooling.
