Responsibilities:
- Build end-to-end product features across frontend (Next.js, TypeScript) and backend (Node.js) and database layers.
- Implement user interfaces, reusable components and full user flows; optimise for performance and UX.
- Integrate AI-powered features into the platform and work closely with the CPO and design to iterate on product direction.
- Participate in rotating support engineer duties to assist customers and resolve production issues.
- Maintain and improve code quality, testing, and deployment processes; collaborate cross-functionally with product and design.
Requirements:
- 2+ years professional software engineering experience and a relevant technical degree (or equivalent).
- Proficiency with Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Prisma, tRPC and Tailwind CSS.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver features end-to-end and ship AI integrations in a product setting.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working closely with CPO, designers and customers.
- Willingness to work on-site in Berlin and participate in customer support rotations.
