Responsibilities:
- Own and ship full features end-to-end: technical design, implementation, testing, and production rollout.
- Build frontend interfaces (Next.js + Tailwind) and backend services (Node.js) and integrate with PostgreSQL/Redis.
- Implement reusable UI components and complete user journeys with a focus on UX and performance.
- Collaborate closely with the CPO, designers, and customers to iterate on product flows and requirements.
- Maintain and optimize codebase for reliability, performance, and developer experience.
- Participate in rotating Support Engineer duties to assist customers and the support team.
Requirements:
- 2+ years software engineering experience with proven full-stack delivery from concept to production.
- Strong proficiency in Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js (dealbreakers).
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Prisma, tRPC, and Tailwind CSS.
- Good product sense, ability to translate customer feedback into usable features.
- Comfortable working on-site in Berlin and collaborating in a small, fast-moving team.
