Responsibilities:
- Lead design and implementation of the core interface connecting operations teams to AI agents.
- Create and maintain the design system, UI patterns and Tailwind-based styling for workflow-driven screens.
- Build human‑in‑the‑loop review, approval and exception flows for agent outputs (journal entries, reconciliations, reports).
- Integrate UIs with data sources and connectors (ERP, banking, email, file storage) and ensure trustworthy agent presentation.
- Run user research and usability testing with operations stakeholders to iterate product features.
- Own product quality, documentation and close collaboration with a small founding team on-site in Berlin.
Requirements:
- 1–7 years of professional frontend experience with strong TypeScript and React skills.
- Practical experience using Tailwind CSS and developing or evolving a design system for complex apps.
- Track record building workflow-driven interfaces that include review/approval/exception handling.
- Experience conducting user research and applying findings to UX decisions; strong product intuition.
- Comfortable with high ownership in a small team; interest in AI-agent UX and designing for trust. Nice to have: private markets or fund accounting knowledge.
