Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain user-focused web platforms (frontend and backend) for training programmes using PHP, React, WordPress and Drupal.
- Translate user and stakeholder needs into features, APIs and reliable deployment-ready solutions.
- Ensure responsive, accessible (WCAG) UI and cross-platform compatibility.
- Implement and maintain backend services, RESTful APIs and database schemas; optimise for performance and security.
- Write tests, perform code reviews, maintain documentation and operate CI/CD pipelines for builds and deployments.
- Support users and stakeholders via ticketing systems and collaborate with international teams on shared components and standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field and ~4–5 years’ experience as a senior full-stack web developer.
- Proven experience maintaining Drupal and WordPress CMS and building sites with PHP and modern JS (TypeScript, React, Angular or Vue).
- Strong frontend skills (HTML, CSS, responsive design) and backend experience (PHP/Ruby/Node.js) with REST API design.
- Familiarity with relational and document databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and basic server/admin tasks (SSH, Linux, Apache/Nginx).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.), cloud platforms (AWS) and containerisation; experience integrating Gen AI APIs or AI-assisted tools is beneficial.
- Good communication, testing and documentation practices and commitment to accessibility and performance.
