Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and operate backend services that power the broker platform, focusing on performance, reliability and security.
- Work in a cross-functional team to expand broker features and run production systems using CI/CD and cloud infrastructure.
- Build and maintain APIs (GraphQL/HTTP), automate deployments (Docker, Terraform) and own service observability.
- Apply domain-driven design to evolve scalable microservices and distributed architectures.
- Collaborate with product, security and compliance teams to meet regulatory and GDPR requirements.
- Contribute to code quality through testing, reviews, documentation and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- University degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering or related field, or comparable experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin/Java, Spring Boot and GraphQL.
- Practical knowledge of Docker, AWS and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) in production environments.
- Awareness of GDPR and security practices; experience with regulated financial systems is a strong plus.
- Analytical mindset with clear communication skills across engineering and product stakeholders.
- Passion for well-architected, testable and documented code; experience with DDD, microservices and cloud-native patterns is advantageous.
