Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical lifecycle and architecture of ServiceNow and related governance platforms (IRM, Risk, Change, Incident, CMDB, Asset).
- Ensure configurations are secure, scalable, auditable and aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Design and deliver integrations between ServiceNow, IAM systems, asset sources and security tooling.
- Improve data consistency across Asset, Process and Risk domains and define measurable health metrics.
- Set and advocate engineering standards for security, stability, auditability and operational resilience.
- Represent the platform across engineering teams and mentor engineers to grow technical capability.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in software engineering, enterprise SaaS platforms or large-scale integrations.
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow experience (IRM, Risk, CMDB, Change, Incident or similar governance modules).
- Experience with governance processes (Third-Party Risk, BIA, PRA, Risk Registers) and regulatory expectations.
- Proficient with REST/SOAP APIs and structured data formats (JSON, XML).
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ability to write automation/integration code (Python, Bash or similar).
- Excellent communication skills and experience operating in regulated, fast-moving environments.
