Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve ServiceNow and related governance platforms (IRM, Risk, Change, Incident, CMDB, Asset).
- Design and implement secure, auditable, and scalable configurations and integrations (IAM, asset sources, security tools).
- Improve data consistency across Asset, Process, and Risk domains and define measurable health metrics.
- Establish technical standards and interfaces for governance tooling; advocate security, stability, and auditability.
- Mentor engineers, represent the area in broader engineering forums, and influence architecture and operational practices.

Requirements:
- 8+ years of software engineering or enterprise SaaS/integration experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow governance modules (IRM, CMDB, Change, Incident or similar).
- Familiarity with governance processes (Third-Party Risk, BIA, PRA, Risk Registers) and regulatory expectations.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and structured data formats (JSON, XML); cloud exposure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Ability to write integration/automation code (Python, Bash or similar) and to mentor technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills and experience operating in regulated, fast-moving environments.
