Responsibilities:
- Own full lifecycle frontend features: design, implement, test, ship and monitor production-grade UI (including AI-assisted flows and operational tools).
- Partner with Product and Design to define user needs, validate assumptions and prioritise outcomes.
- Analyze customer problems and translate them into maintainable, scalable UI solutions.
- Drive technical decisions, propose trade-offs and improve system stability and performance.
- Deliver regularly in a continuous delivery environment while actively reducing technical debt.
- Mentor peers and contribute to team-wide best practices and documentation.
Requirements:
- Strong CS fundamentals and professional experience building Angular + TypeScript applications.
- Practical experience with NGXS, RxJS and component-driven development (Storybook or similar).
- Pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and execution skills.
- Demonstrated ownership: able to take work from idea to production autonomously.
- Comfortable collaborating across the stack; familiarity with Java/Spring Boot, AWS and AI tooling (TensorFlow, Python, SpringAI/Gemini) is advantageous.
