Responsibilities:
- Lead data architecture for Operations: design scalable, maintainable models in BigQuery to support reporting, ML and regulatory needs.
- Re-architect data domains and implement best practices for ETL, schema, metadata and governance.
- Build forecasting and routing datasets to improve operational efficiency and enable automation.
- Partner with product, engineering and operations to translate requirements into reliable data products.
- Drive standards for testing, observability, documentation and performance of analytics pipelines.
- Mentor engineers, set technical roadmap priorities and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Deep SQL and data modelling experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses.
- Proven background in building ETL/data pipelines, data governance and large-scale analytics systems.
- Experience delivering datasets for ML, reporting and regulatory/compliance use cases.
- Strong stakeholder skills: translate business needs, influence roadmaps and present to senior leaders.
- Familiarity with metadata, lineage, performance tuning and modern data engineering practices.
