Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a development team; set technical direction and ensure best practices in architecture and delivery.
- Design, build and maintain full-stack web applications with strong Angular front-end ownership.
- Architect and optimise database schemas for performance and scalability.
- Design, implement and operate CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Implement container orchestration (AKS) and cloud infrastructure patterns.
- Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable technical solutions and roadmaps.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior full-stack role with technical leadership in an Agile environment.
- Significant Angular framework experience and strong front-end development skills.
- Solid background in database design and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and containerised deployments on AKS.
- Good communication and mentoring skills; ability to make architectural decisions.
- Experience with Rust is a strong plus but not mandatory.
