Responsibilities:
- Define and coordinate end-to-end testing strategy for AEMS centralised systems across FAT, UAT and SAT phases.
- Gather testing requirements from SMEs, map scenarios and produce detailed technical test specifications and scripts.
- Run integration, performance, reliability and failover testing (including primary/secondary site failover) and verify real-time behaviour under expected workloads.
- Test integrations with Real Time Systems (e.g., PowerOn, Eterra), IEDs, SCADA, server and network components.
- Maintain test infrastructure, track configurations, document findings and communicate recommendations to project stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers, support knowledge transfer and ensure adherence to OT security and industry standards.

Requirements:
- Proven experience with electricity transmission networks, control systems and SCADA testing demonstrating knowledge of IEC104, Modbus/TCP, IEC 61850 and relevant IEEE standards.
- Experience across FAT/UAT/SAT for IEDs, control systems, servers and network infrastructure.
- HND or degree in a relevant discipline and strong technical documentation skills.
- Practical understanding of reliability, failover and performance testing and experience coordinating multi-stakeholder test activities.
- Strong problem-solving, communication skills and awareness of OT security practices.
