Responsibilities:
- Act as a pre-sales Solutions Architect and trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers evaluating and integrating Claude.
- Partner with account executives to map business requirements to technical designs, architectures and evaluation frameworks for LLM solutions.
- Guide customers through discovery, prototyping, evaluation and deployment while coordinating across Sales, Product and Engineering.
- Create and present tailored technical content for engineering and executive audiences, and surface common integration patterns to Product and Engineering.
- Support customers using the Claude API and Claude for Work, travel occasionally for workshops, and maintain deep knowledge of LLM capabilities.

Requirements:
- 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager) with enterprise experience.
- Native or C1-level German and French, plus fluent English for customer-facing engagements.
- Strong practical experience with Python and designing scalable cloud architectures for enterprise deployments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, including experience engaging C-suite and cross-functional teams.
