Responsibilities:
- Build and evolve platform capabilities to enable teams to develop, deploy and operate applications at scale with a focus on developer experience.
- Operate Kubernetes clusters and cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability and cost efficiency.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows and reusable templates to speed delivery and reduce friction.
- Strengthen observability and incident response (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry) and apply fault-tolerance and DR practices.
- Work closely with product teams to deliver simple, secure platform solutions and promote cloud-native best practices.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of production experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure (GCP, AWS or Azure).
- Strong proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible), CI/CD tooling and GitOps approaches.
- Experience with monitoring/observability stacks and troubleshooting platform incidents.
- Solid scripting and automation skills, security awareness and a pragmatic approach to operational excellence.
- Good communicator who enjoys collaboration, mentoring and continuous improvement.
