Responsibilities:
- Lead full-stack design and delivery of AI-native solutions across product and platform initiatives
- Define and drive technical architecture from backend services and APIs to frontend and developer interfaces
- Build and integrate LLM-powered agents, tools, and workflows into product contexts
- Set and uphold engineering standards: code quality, testing, observability, and operational practices
- Mentor and grow engineers via design reviews, code reviews, and pairing
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to scope problems, align approaches, and deliver outcomes

Requirements:
- 10+ years designing and delivering scalable full-stack systems with demonstrated architectural leadership
- Experience building, deploying or operating LLM-powered agents or AI platform infrastructure
- Strong backend (Java/Kotlin or similar) and frontend (TypeScript/React or similar) skills
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, MCP/agentic frameworks, and AI coding assistants (e.g., Copilot)
- Bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and strong system-design and mentoring skills
- Nice-to-have: A2A/multi-agent orchestration experience, ML infra or model evaluation exposure
