Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance financial products using data-driven analysis and experimentation.
- Own product performance metrics and build monitoring systems, dashboards, and reports.
- Lead and manage a team of analysts; establish effective team processes and analytical infrastructure.
- Conduct research, hypothesis testing, and in-depth investigations to generate actionable insights.
- Optimize customer journeys, conversion funnels, and operational processes; design incentive schemes for operational teams.
- Perform cost and efficiency analyses to improve operational performance.

Requirements:
- Mathematical or technical degree from a top university (e.g., MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, NES).
- Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory; systematic analytical thinking.
- Advanced SQL skills; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Superset) and building interactive dashboards.
- Proven experience in hypothesis testing, monitoring design, and translating business goals into analytical tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally; English proficiency B1+.
- Experience building analytical infrastructure and scaling team processes in a growing environment.
