Responsibilities:
- Design and build user-facing features with Next.js, React and TypeScript, owning projects end‑to‑end from idea to deployment.
- Collaborate closely with product, design and backend engineers to deliver high‑quality, performant UI and UX.
- Write maintainable, tested frontend code and help maintain shared frontend infrastructure and performance tooling.
- Implement and support integrations with CRMs and third‑party APIs; automate developer workflows to speed delivery.
- Participate in roadmap planning, provide technical input and help shape product and infrastructure decisions.

Requirements:
- 6+ years software or product engineering experience with strong frontend expertise (Next.js, React, TypeScript).
- Good UI/UX sensibilities and attention to detail in implementing complex interfaces.
- Familiarity with LLM application patterns (RAG, prompt engineering) or strong motivation and ability to learn quickly.
- Experience working autonomously in small, high‑velocity teams and communicating clearly across disciplines.
- Nice to have: backend experience (Node.js, Postgres), CRM familiarity, and experience with performance optimisation at scale.
