Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end development of product features: design, implement, test, and deploy frontend and backend components.
- Build UIs with Next.js and reusable components using Tailwind CSS; implement backend logic with Node.js and tRPC.
- Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Prisma to design data models and optimize queries for performance and scale.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and customer stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate quickly.
- Participate in rotating Support Engineer shifts to troubleshoot customer issues and improve product reliability.
- Maintain code quality: refactor, write tests, review PRs, and monitor performance/user experience.
- Contribute to technical design and architecture decisions that influence the product roadmap.

Requirements:
- 2+ years professional full-stack engineering experience with hands-on TypeScript, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Practical experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL), Redis, and an ORM/DB layer such as Prisma.
- Familiarity with tRPC, Tailwind CSS, and delivering production-grade features from concept to deployment.
- Demonstrated interest in and experience building AI-powered product features or integrating AI technologies.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment; strong product sense and communication skills.
- Solid CS fundamentals (degree or equivalent experience preferred).
- Professional German proficiency strongly preferred; exceptional candidates without German may be considered.
