Product Manager - AI Platform at Flexion Robotics

Responsibilities:
- Own the AI platform product roadmap: prioritize capabilities, data infrastructure and operator/developer interfaces.
- Define reusable robot skills and prioritize them by value across customer use cases.
- Specify data workflows for model training, evaluation and continuous improvement, including data ownership and collection processes.
- Design monitoring, observability, diagnostics and runtime controls for deployed robots and fleets.
- Translate research and engineering advances into product features and work closely with those teams to deliver them.
- Spend time with customers and end users (including on-site visits) to validate needs and shape product direction.

Requirements:
- Product management experience with AI/ML, robotics, data platforms or other technically complex B2B products.
- Strong product judgment with the ability to identify common needs across diverse use cases.
- Solid technical understanding of model training, evaluation, deployment and feedback loops.
- Experience designing user-facing interfaces for monitoring, analytics or operational tooling.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills and customer-facing experience.
- Passion for working at the intersection of research, engineering and real-world robot deployments.
