Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, strategy and roadmap; secure internal and external buy‑in.
- Identify customer pain points, close product gaps and propose features that grow market share and improve CX.
- Translate strategy into clear requirements and prototypes for engineering and design teams.
- Scope and prioritise work based on business impact and customer value.
- Lead product launches and coordinate with execs, stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Product Manager in the iGaming/gambling industry (mandatory).
- Proven experience managing a product through its full lifecycle.
- Technical familiarity with software development and web technologies.
- Strong data analytics, market and competitive analysis skills.
- Excellent problem‑solving, stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
- Nice to have: knowledge of online casino operations and responsible gambling frameworks (MGA, SGA, DGA).
