Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the Core Banking product roadmap across 3/6/12-month horizons, prioritizing initiatives that drive active-client and revenue growth.
- Define product direction aligned with the company North Star (30% growth in active clients) and translate strategy into deliverable initiatives.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Delivery to design scalable, cost-efficient platform changes (stress testing, capacity planning, cost control).
- Identify and reduce technical and architectural debt; ensure architectural alignment and long-term maintainability.
- Lead product discovery, write concise PRDs, and validate solutions with stakeholders and engineers.
- Drive expansion of API-based Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) capabilities and evaluate third-party integrations/partnerships.
- Be accountable for squad outcomes, product performance metrics, and regular product reviews to align stakeholders.

Requirements:
- 5+ years as a Product Manager / Product Owner with hands-on ownership of complex products.
- Strong experience in Core Banking or Banking-as-a-Service environments and with backend core-banking systems.
- Solid technical understanding of system architecture, APIs, integrations, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proven ability to work at a technical level with engineering teams and translate business needs into technical initiatives.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience building structured roadmaps.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable with scalability, performance trade-offs, and measurable business impact.
