Product Manager
Responsibilities:
- Own and prioritize the product roadmap across hardware, firmware, cloud and analytics to maximize business impact.
- Drive execution from discovery to launch: define outcomes, write user stories, set acceptance criteria and measure success.
- Lead continuous customer discovery with manufacturers and shop-floor users to turn operational needs into product requirements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, firmware, data science, design and operations to deliver integrated solutions.
- Define and monitor key performance metrics, run experiments, and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.
- Design and prioritize platform integrations (APIs, MCP) and admin/connectivity features for scalability and security.
- Coordinate releases, communicate progress to stakeholders, and ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with B2B or industrial/manufacturing products.
- Practical understanding of manufacturing shop-floor operations and production metrics; hands-on experience is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with IoT, hardware/firmware lifecycle, APIs and platform/integration design.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to define KPIs and drive decisions.
- Proven ability to write clear user stories, prioritize trade-offs and lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills, able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Eligibility to work in Denmark (relocation support available for the right candidate).
