Responsibilities:
- Define product vision and own the roadmap, prioritising features that deliver measurable value on the factory floor.
- Drive product execution end-to-end: write user stories, work with dev teams, run releases and measure outcomes.
- Continuously discover customer needs through interviews, data, and on-site shop-floor validation.
- Collaborate closely with hardware/firmware, data and cloud engineers to deliver reliable data capture and device lifecycle management.
- Create and monitor success metrics, iterate on features using performance data and customer feedback.
- Communicate priorities and trade-offs to stakeholders and support sales/CS with product context.
Requirements:
- Proven product management experience (B2B or industrial/IoT products preferred) with strong delivery track record.
- Comfort working with HW/FW teams or with complex data products; experience in manufacturing or on shop floors is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with agile delivery, user-centred discovery and data-driven decision making.
- Strong technical communication skills to align engineering, operations and commercial teams.
- Willingness and eligibility to relocate to Copenhagen and obtain a Danish work permit (relocation support for the right hire).
