About the role

Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your domain aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to validate opportunities and inform priorities.
- Gather, prioritize, and translate stakeholder and customer needs into user stories and actionable requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, designers, engineers, QA, marketing and sales through the full product lifecycle.
- Monitor product performance and key metrics (e.g., conversion, latency, cost) and iterate based on data and feedback.
- Lead go-to-market planning, stakeholder communications, and act as domain evangelist inside and outside the company.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years as a Product Manager with experience launching and owning software products and roadmaps.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable making data-driven decisions and deriving insights from metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
- Domain expertise in payments, integrations, or CX/UX preferred.
