Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end QA strategy for data integration products and the data warehouse (DWH).
- Develop and maintain automated test suites to validate ETL pipelines, data transformations and data marts.
- Define and implement reconciliation, monitoring and alerting for data quality, completeness and consistency.
- Integrate AI tools (agents/LLMs) to improve QA workflows, monitoring, automated checks and code review.
- Collaborate with engineers and analysts to define data policies, standards and onboarding guidelines for sources.
- Investigate data issues, assist in root-cause analysis and recommend fixes to improve pipeline reliability.
- Participate in feature testing, user acceptance testing and release validation.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of QA experience with strong focus on data validation and automation.
- Expert SQL skills (ClickHouse or similar analytical stores) and Python test automation (Pytest preferred).
- Experience with data streaming/processing tools (Kafka Connect, Flink) and ETL/DWH concepts.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, observability tools (Grafana, PagerDuty) and infrastructure-as-code.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to dive into business models (e.g., MetaTrader data).
- Practical experience applying AI-assisted tools to QA workflows is a plus.
