Responsibilities:
- Act as second line of defense: manage credit risk and contribute to oversight of liquidity, FX, and strategic risks.
- Calculate unit economics for credit products to inform strategic and operational decisions.
- Develop, implement, and automate a risk management framework and integrate it into processes and documentation.
- Analyze regulatory frameworks (local and global) and apply best practices to company processes.
- Build econometric and forecasting models to monitor portfolio dynamics and detect anomalies.
- Produce clear visualizations and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to managers.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in risk and data analysis (credit or consulting preferred).
- Bachelor’s in STEM, finance, or economics; Master’s is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R; familiarity with Tableau or Apache Superset and advanced Excel.
- Excellent quantitative and statistical modeling skills and experience with econometric methods.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong presentation skills and English level B1 or higher for international communication.
