Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of analytics requests: gather requirements, translate to testable specs, and deliver production outputs
- Engage directly with stakeholders (Finance, Risk, Ops, Product, BD) to clarify ambiguous asks and gain acceptance
- Investigate source systems: read code, query raw tables, and collaborate with system owners to discover data
- Produce clear upstream tickets for Data Engineering when new sources or pipelines are required
- Build and maintain dbt models, tests, documentation, lineage and the semantic layer
- Design and ship Superset dashboards (RLS/RBAC, performance tuning) that business users rely on
- Validate metrics with reproducible queries and defend every number on dashboards
- Document work, create handovers, and drive stakeholder sign-off
- Use AI-assisted workflows for SQL generation, documentation, and validation

Requirements:
- Deep SQL skills (window functions, CTEs, performance-aware joins/aggregations)
- Production dbt experience: modelling, tests, docs, and semantic layer maintenance
- Hands-on dashboarding experience with Superset or similar (Looker/Power BI/Tableau), including RLS/RBAC
- Ability to read and modify Python used in analytics pipelines
- Experience with ClickHouse or strong analytical warehouse background and willingness to ramp up
- Familiarity with Airflow, data modelling, and dashboard performance practices
- Strong stakeholder management, ownership mentality, and comfort in on-prem/self-hosted environments
