Responsibilities:
- Write and optimise complex SQL queries for experimentation, reporting, and feature engineering across large player datasets.
- Design, build, and maintain cross-game data marts and schemas to deliver clean, analysis-ready data.
- Develop and maintain production data pipelines using Airflow, Docker, S3, and CI/CD practices.
- Implement end-to-end AI/ML pipelines to support analysts and model deployment workflows.
- Build reusable tools, frameworks, and libraries for adoption across game teams.
- Partner with game and marketing analysts to co-design data products and share engineering best practices through training and documentation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, CS, Maths, Statistics, Physics) or equivalent experience.
- Advanced SQL skills including CTEs, query optimisation, and large-scale data warehousing experience.
- Strong Python experience for production-grade analytics and pipeline code.
- Proven experience building and maintaining production data pipelines and CI/CD workflows (Airflow, Docker, S3, etc.).
- Basic to intermediate experience integrating LLMs or generative AI tools into workflows.
- Collaborative mindset, strong communication, and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
