Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Laravel/PHP and collaborate with Vue.js front-end components.
- Architect and optimise distributed, event-driven systems and queue-based processing (Kafka, async workflows).
- Improve performance, stability, observability, and scalability across platform services.
- Work with DevOps and infrastructure teams to implement cloud-native deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD practices.
- Lead and participate in code reviews, design reviews, and mentor junior engineers to elevate engineering standards.

Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong backend development skills with Laravel (or equivalent PHP frameworks) and experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (preferably Vue.js).
- Proven experience in system architecture, distributed systems design, event-driven patterns, and Kafka or similar messaging systems.
- Solid knowledge of MySQL and NoSQL databases; experience with Docker and Kubernetes preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and effective English communication.
