About the role

Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and deliver production-ready solutions for Checkout services.
- Design and evolve a scalable, maintainable Go-based API architecture using idiomatic Go and native concurrency primitives.
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams following agile practices, TDD, and pair programming to ship reliable features quickly.
- Choose pragmatic tools and patterns; optimize performance, reliability, and observability for low-latency services.
- Mentor peers, review code, and contribute to architecture and operational decisions.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience writing idiomatic Go and working with concurrency primitives.
- Strong background with PHP frameworks (Symfony or Laravel) and experience applying best practices for scalable systems.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles (SOLID, clean architecture) and distributed system design.
- Hands-on experience with MySQL (optimization, indexing) and Redis (caching, data structures).
- Familiarity with TDD, pair programming, and modern agile workflows.
- Experience with GenAI or related technologies is a plus.
- Fluent English communication and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
