About the role

Responsibilities:
- Support a live-ops pod end-to-end: planning, research, experiment design, launch and post-launch evaluation.
- Turn raw game data into actionable insights to improve gameplay, retention and monetization.
- Design, run and analyse in-game A/B tests and experiments to validate feature changes.
- Build dashboards and reports to communicate findings and recommend data-driven actions to stakeholders.
- Proactively explore data to find opportunities for optimization and coach peers on best practices.

Requirements:
- High proficiency in SQL and experience with scripting (Python or R).
- Solid understanding of statistics (hypothesis testing, regression, bias analysis) and experiment design.
- Experience in product analysis and running A/B tests for mobile games or large-scale apps.
- Strong presentation and collaboration skills; ability to translate analysis into clear recommendations.
- Passion for games and prior experience working with game metrics and live-ops is preferred.
