Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end ML problems: extract features from large behavioral datasets, design models, run experiments and deploy to production.
- Develop and productionize deep learning models (PyTorch/TensorFlow) for prediction tasks such as LTV and conversion at high throughput.
- Collaborate with engineering and product to define measurable KPIs, implement A/B tests and iterate models based on experiment results.
- Optimize model serving and inference (latency, resource use) and work with infra teams on model hosting (e.g., Triton) and monitoring.
- Communicate model behavior and business impact clearly to non-technical stakeholders; mentor junior team members.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Data Science with a track record of deploying ML models to production and improving business metrics.
- Strong hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow) and production inference at scale.
- Proficient in Python, advanced SQL and tools for big-data workflows (Trino, Spark, AWS Athena); experience with Airflow is a plus.
- Solid grounding in experimentation, feature engineering and model evaluation; able to balance offline metrics with online impact.
- Good communication skills and ability to translate product goals into ML solutions.
