Responsibilities:
- Deploy, manage, and maintain Kubernetes clusters on bare metal (kubespray) and cloud providers.
- Configure and operate service mesh and networking (Istio, Calico) to ensure secure, reliable traffic management.
- Create, maintain, and improve Helm charts and CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitLab) for application delivery.
- Implement monitoring and observability using Prometheus and ELK to detect and resolve incidents quickly.
- Collaborate with developers to improve production stability, performance, and deployment automation.

Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes on bare metal (kubespray) and practical knowledge of Istio and Calico.
- Proficiency with Helm (writing and updating charts), Terraform, and Ansible for infrastructure automation.
- Experience running Prometheus and ELK in cluster environments and working with Debian-based Linux systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD systems (GitLab preferred) and cloud providers (AWS or GCP is a plus).
- Advanced English communication skills; CloudFlare experience is a nice-to-have.
