Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain high-traffic user interfaces using TypeScript and VueJS (or React).
- Implement high-leverage features focused on UX improvements and conversion rate optimization.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA, designers, and other developers to ship components and features.
- Shape frontend architecture and investigate new technologies alongside the Tech Lead.
- Participate in agile rituals and drive continuous improvement via retrospectives.
- Share knowledge across teams and contribute to the ABOUT YOU tech community.

Requirements:
- Minimum ~3 years of professional JavaScript experience with strong, MVP-focused coding skills.
- Practical experience with modern JS frameworks (VueJS or React) and TypeScript/ES6.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience building complex customer-facing products.
- Passion for writing maintainable, well-structured code and keeping code quality high.
- Comfortable working in an English-speaking, cross-functional environment.
- Nice-to-have: experience with Nuxt 3, Redis, monorepos, Storybook, Tailwind CSS.
