Responsibilities:
- Design and build the new banking platform using Kotlin/Java and modern development practices.
- Translate product and business requirements into robust technical solutions and APIs.
- Implement interfaces with external financial partners and ensure secure, reliable integrations.
- Deliver well-architected, testable, and documented code; participate in CI/CD, test automation, and code reviews.
- Contribute to scalable, loosely coupled system design and operational excellence (observability, performance, reliability).
- Collaborate in cross-functional, agile teams with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- University degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Significant experience with Kotlin and/or Java, Spring Boot, Docker, and cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with event-based asynchronous architectures and RESTful API design.
- Experience or strong interest in AWS, Terraform, Python, and GraphQL is a plus.
- Practical knowledge of CI/CD, test automation, and modern agile practices.
- Strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Background in financial services is beneficial but not required.
