Responsibilities:
- Design, operate and evolve Kubernetes-based platform(s) at scale, including cluster lifecycle management and upgrades.
- Implement IaC and platform automation using Terraform and Helm; author and maintain Helm charts or Kustomize manifests.
- Build and maintain GitOps and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., ArgoCD) to deliver reliable deployments and platform workflows.
- Define and implement monitoring, observability and SLI/SLO frameworks using Prometheus, Grafana and OpenTelemetry.
- Enforce platform security and compliance best practices; integrate controls into platform architecture.
- Mentor engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams and produce runbooks, ADRs and documentation.

Requirements:
- Several years in DevOps or infrastructure roles with demonstrable platform ownership experience.
- At least 1+ year of hands-on production experience managing Kubernetes clusters, ingress, service mesh and cert-manager.
- Strong experience with Terraform and Helm; comfortable writing automation in Go, Python or Bash.
- Experience with OKD/OpenShift and multi-cluster Kubernetes patterns preferred.
- Practical knowledge of monitoring, SLI/SLO design and distributed system observability.
- Good communication skills, cross-team collaboration experience and a structured, self-directed approach.

Nice-to-have:
- Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD/CKS), Ansible, cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), Operator development experience, familiarity with network/storage operators and SCC/CVO/OLM/MCO concepts.
