Responsibilities:
- Design, operate and evolve production Kubernetes platforms, including cluster lifecycle, ingress, service mesh and cert-manager.
- Create and maintain Helm charts and Kustomize configurations for consistent deployments.
- Use Terraform and Helm to automate platform provisioning and configuration.
- Build and maintain CI/CD and GitOps pipelines (ArgoCD) to support developer workflows.
- Implement observability using Prometheus, Grafana and OpenTelemetry; define SLI/SLOs.
- Develop automation and platform tooling in Go, Python or Bash.
- Embed security and compliance practices into platform design; write runbooks and ADRs.
- Work with international teams, mentor peers and drive platform improvements.
Requirements:
- Multiple years of experience in DevOps/platform engineering or related roles.
- Minimum one year of hands-on production Kubernetes operation experience.
- Strong practical skills with Terraform and Helm.
- Experience with OKD/OpenShift platforms.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, GitOps patterns and ArgoCD.
- Experience with observability tooling and SLI/SLO design.
- Proficiency in Go or Python (and Bash scripting); good communication and collaboration skills.
