Responsibilities:
- Shape and improve the software development lifecycle for internal product teams (DevEx).
- Create and execute a roadmap that translates company strategy into actionable platform work.
- Collaborate with Staff Engineers, Technical Leads and stakeholders to align priorities and share responsibilities.
- Own components of platform reliability, recoverability and SaaS operations in front of internal customers.
- Communicate vision and technical trade-offs clearly to diverse audiences and drive consensus.

Requirements:
- Strong technical background with hands-on software development experience and understanding of platform concerns.
- Experience in technical product management or working closely with engineering teams to prioritise platform work.
- Proven ability to operate SaaS or production services, ensuring reliability and recoverability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to translate complex topics for non-technical audiences.
- Strategic thinker who balances business, compliance and engineering needs; familiarity with cloud/infrastructure, security and compliance is highly desirable.
