Responsibilities:
- Act as an AI-leveraged product engineer: decompose goals for coding agents and orchestrate their output across backend, web and mobile surfaces.
- Shape product solutions with PMs: critique proposals, propose alternatives and scope clear, measurable deliverables.
- Design systems under real constraints (scale, latency, cost, mobile behaviour) and justify trade-offs with metrics.
- Build full features end-to-end: backend services, web (React/TS), Android and iOS clients, and the automated tests that cover them.
- Define and implement agentic development workflows, conventions and guardrails for safe, repeatable use of AI tooling.
- Deploy, monitor and iterate on production changes; own quality, observability and user-facing metrics.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong backend fundamentals and high-scale system design.
- Daily, hands-on experience using AI coding agents in production workflows (not only experiments).
- Practical experience across multiple stacks (backend services, web frontend, mobile) and writing automated end-to-end tests.
- Familiarity with Java/Spring, GCP, Kafka, MySQL/Redis and frontend/mobile technologies (React/TypeScript, Kotlin, Swift) is preferred.
- Strong product ownership, communication skills and the ability to operate independently in ambiguous situations.
- Comfortable working with platform tooling (MCP servers, CI systems) and improving developer workflows with AI assistance.
