Responsibilities:
- Own 0-to-1 discovery, prototyping, launch and iteration of new products and features.
- Define problems to solve, set success metrics, run experiments and make go/no-go decisions.
- Work directly with users, support and data to validate assumptions and prioritise work.
- Collaborate with engineering on architectural trade-offs, technical design reviews and unblock technical decisions.
- Rapidly prototype and validate ideas using AI tools (LLMs, agents, Copilot, scripts, no-code) and ship lightweight experiments.
- Write clear, technical, opinionated product specs engineers will use and act on.
- Stay hands-on: query data, inspect pipelines, build prototypes and open PRs when needed.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
- 5+ years in product management, product engineering or similar role with strong technical involvement.
- Proficient in at least one programming language (Python or similar); comfortable with git and databases.
- Experienced evaluating system architecture and delivering ideas from 0 to live product with real users.
- AI-native: regularly use LLMs, agents and AI tooling to prototype and validate (expected daily).
- Strong analytical skills and comfort making metric-driven decisions under uncertainty.
- Excellent written and verbal English; able to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-directed, proactive and accountable for outcomes.
- Nice-to-have: fintech or regulated-industry experience, startup background, hands-on LLM orchestration or prompt engineering, product analytics or engineering/QA background.
