Responsibilities:
- Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for generative and agentic AI customer experiences.
- Translate LLM capabilities into clear product requirements, user flows and scalable agent orchestration designs.
- Lead discovery, experimentation and A/B testing to validate prompts, model behaviour and UX patterns.
- Partner with engineering, data science, design and analytics to deliver end-to-end, production-grade solutions.
- Establish success metrics, monitor model performance and ensure appropriate risk, compliance and privacy controls.
- Communicate strategy and trade-offs to senior stakeholders and secure cross-functional alignment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years product management experience; experience in regulated industries (financial services) preferred.
- Strong technical understanding of LLMs, prompt design, agentic workflows and ML product trade-offs.
- Proven track record shipping 0-1 AI-enabled, customer-facing products and scaling them to production.
- Data-driven decision making with experience defining KPIs and using analytics to iterate.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and prioritisation skills, plus comfort working with engineering and research teams.
