Responsibilities:
- Shape and deliver the customer identity product roadmap to enable secure, reliable and frictionless onboarding and verification.
- Run discovery, experiments and data analysis to identify conversion blockers and improve verification success rates.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, compliance, operations and local market teams to deliver timely, compliant rollouts.
- Work with external partners to integrate identity verification solutions and manage vendor-driven feature requests.
- Define success metrics (conversion, verification time, false positives) and report outcomes to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience, with exposure to high-volume B2C onboarding funnels.
- Experience in KYC, identity verification or regulated financial products is preferred.
- Proven track record in a FinTech, banking or similarly regulated environment.
- Strong quantitative skills; familiarity with SQL and A/B testing beneficial.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in an agile environment and driving product decisions with data.
