About the role

Responsibilities:
- Own the marketplace data infrastructure product: set the roadmap, prioritize bets, and measure impact across the catalog.
- Lead improvements to matching and deduplication systems (ML-driven), balancing precision vs. recall and feedback loops.
- Define and enforce data quality scoring and completeness standards for listings; drive partner-facing quality programs.
- Prepare inventory for AI/LLM distribution: structure data, enable embeddings, and design formats for downstream consumers.
- Collaborate closely with Data Science, ML Engineering, and a dedicated engineering squad to deliver technical solutions.
- Track product metrics, run experiments (A/B tests), and use results to inform roadmap decisions.

Requirements:
- Proven product management experience with data-intensive or marketplace products, ideally aggregating multiple providers.
- Strong SQL and analytical skills; experience with A/B testing and measuring product impact.
- Hands-on familiarity with production ML systems, matching/deduplication, or data enrichment workflows.
- Exposure to data platforms and tools (Snowflake, BigQuery, Superset) and knowledge of structured data best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to translate technical trade-offs into business outcomes.
